One of Canada’s fastest-rising country artists, Dan Davidson, has two new songs to be happy about – “Warm Beer” and “We Want The Cup”
On May 27, with over 20M worldwide streams to his name and cementing his place in the global country music scene, this Alberta-born country artist released his latest single that’s sure to be a great summer anthem – “Warm Beer.” This tune is the beginning of a new era for Dan Davidson.
Davidson shares this about his new summer smash,
“This is the beer garden banger I’ve always wanted to release. It’s a little bit of Texas-style, drunken poet country; and a little bit of that classic anthemic summer sing along! I’m so proud of how clever and yet simple this one came out!”

Davidson is currently on tour in Europe and he will drop his classic Dan Davidson-style music video for “Warm Beer” next month.
On another front, “We Want The Cup” is charting now on Canadian country radio. Fans have already received a taste of this new single with the early release of its hockey edit. Showcasing his home team loyalty, the track is currently being used by the Edmonton Oilers throughout their Stanley Cup playoffs run.

A bit of a tidbit you may not know … outside of releasing music and touring, Davidson has been writing for/with Gord Bamford, Tim Hicks, W3apons, Stereos, The Congregation, Chad Brownlee, The Standstills, and many other artists. As a songwriter, he has had multiple Top 40 songs across three genres, and as a producer, has worked on three Top 30 tracks in both rock and country.
