After a two-year hiatus, leading Canadian winery Jackson-Triggs is announcing a stellar, all-Canadian lineup for its 2022 concert summer series at the Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Amphitheatre.
Beginning Friday, June 24, and running most weekends until Saturday, August 13, the 2022 series consists of 13 acts, featuring Canada’s top talent including Sam Roberts, Chantel Kreviazuk, Bahamas, and July Talk along with rising stars like Grammy award winner Alex Cuba and Canada’s “reigning champs of nostalgia” Dwayne Gretzky.
“After two long years, we’re thrilled to be back with an elevated experience for music and wine lovers alike,” says Sreejith Sasikumar, Estate Manager for Jackson-Triggs. “We know the Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Amphitheatre is a special experience for music fans. In fact, many of our artists performing this year have specifically asked to come back and perform in our one-of-a-kind venue. With the added investment in our sound system, we know our 2022 summer concert series will be the best to date.”
This year, Jackson-Triggs will feature a new Meyer Sound audio system design utilizing the next-generation line array loudspeaker system. The new technology optimizes the Amphitheatre venue offering a greater experience for guests and performers.
“Eleven summers ago, we pulled into the beautiful grounds at Jackson-Triggs for the first time and thought ‘well, this isn’t your typical setting for a rock n roll show!’ Little did we know that it would be the first night of many more to come, in a place and with people who are now at the very heart of our idea of what summer shows are all about. We are so glad to resume the tradition after two years away,” says Canadian rock singer-songwriter Sam Roberts.
For two decades, Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate has been hosting Canadian artists at the Estate Amphitheatre to support home-grown talent and offer Canadians a concert-going experience unlike any other. The intimate and beautiful setting, backing onto the Jackson-Triggs Estate vineyard, sets the perfect stage for a night of pairing award-winning music and wine.
Great Estates Niagara Wine Club members will have early access to purchase tickets, with the pre-sale beginning May 2, 2022. Public access to ticket purchasing will begin on May 4, 2022, and will be sold through jacksontriggs.tixr.com/
