Quebec-based singer-songwriter Andie Therio has unveiled her country-pop debut single, “Good Memories” via Goliath Musique, along with a video to accompany the release. Written by Andie and produced by Mark Valois, the track is about remembering the good times from a past relationship even though this one had to end.
Andie shares,
“Releasing my first single is such a big milestone for me. I’ve worked so hard to get here, and thanks to my amazing team for believing in me, I am finally able to share my music and my stories with the world. “
Her 5-song EP, which will be released in the next year was inspired by country artists such as Chris Stapleton and Zac Brown Band. This track, “Good Memories” is a perfect mix of country and pop, where her folk and rock influences can also be heard. In other words, “Good Memories” will appeal to fans of many genres.
The music video, produced by Création Webson, introduces Andie to the Canadian country scene while showcasing the beautiful Quebec winter landscape.
” Back when I was going through a heartbreak, I noticed how we always focus on the sad things and the bad stuff when, in the end, those relationships make us grow and bring us a lot of happiness too. With this song, I wanted to highlight those good times and the importance of keeping good memories despite everything. “
