Megan Patrick has released her latest single “Mama Prayed For” as well as announcing the release date of her upcoming album Heart On My Glass with some exciting news about this release.
Meghan Patrick is one of the most exciting country artists today. She is a JUNO Award winner and a two-time CCMA Female Artist of the Year, and she just announced that her new album Heart On My Glass will be released on June 25. This album bears her lead single, “Never Giving Up on You,” as well as the propulsive “My First Car.” Now, “Mama Prayed For” has joined these two tracks as a third release that happened on May 7. It’s a heartfelt ballad that her fans will really enjoy.
Of “Mama Prayed For” Patrick says,
“I bet Mitchell’s mom didn’t get down on her knees and pray, “Dear Heavenly Father, please send down a 5’6” blonde, whiskey-drinking, tattoo-lovin’, dip-spittin’, four-letter-word-cussin’-when-she-speaks-her-mind woman to love my son,” but here I am, and it turns out the most- important thing we have in common is loving him.”

Fans who pre-save or pre-add her album (see link below) will be entered to win a virtual Heart on My Glass album release party, hosted by Meghan Patrick herself.

Hi all. I’m Nanci Dagg. I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and have lived my entire life here. There is nothing I like better than supporting local artists followed by supporting Canadian artists. Although I was a classic rock gal, my go to genre is country. Something about this music that just makes me feel great. I can be found at most country music concerts and shows (from someone’s house to really large venues) taking lots of pictures. Music and photography are two of my passions. Add to this mix, writing about artists, well let’s say, life doesn’t get better than this.
