JUNO, CCMA, and CMA Ontario award-winning, Canadian country trio The Road Hammers, after two years of silence, have steamrolled their way back into the country music scene with the release of their latest single “The Boys Are Back At It.” This single marks a new chapter for these fine gentlemen, as it’s the first unveiling from their seven-song EP that’s coming out later this summer.
These guys, Jason McCoy, Clayton Bellamy, and Chris Byrne, love what they do and it shows with “The Boys Are Back At It.” It also reflects who they have always been over the years by staying true to their roots with their country-rock sound but with a bit of a twist. This track is meant to be cranked up to the max and really be enjoyed. It’s fun and it takes us away from that drabness that was winter into the bright sunshine of spring.
On “The Boys Are Back At It,” Jason McCoy says,
“The Road Hammers have always prided ourselves on being the soundtrack to the freedom of the open road, and now more than ever, we’re pumped to get out there and do what we do, for the people we love! Like the song says, “we’re ‘back in the saddle,” and we can’t wait to turn it up!”
I love this new tune and sure it’s going to be at the top of your spring and summer playlist!

Hi all. I’m Nanci Dagg. I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and have lived my entire life here. There is nothing I like better than supporting local artists followed by supporting Canadian artists. Although I was a classic rock gal, my go to genre is country. Something about this music that just makes me feel great. I can be found at most country music concerts and shows (from someone’s house to really large venues) taking lots of pictures. Music and photography are two of my passions. Add to this mix, writing about artists, well let’s say, life doesn’t get better than this.
