Who: Terra Spencer,
When: November 19, 2020
Where: The Carleton, Halifax NS
On Thursday night, singer-songwriter Terra Spencer treated the sold out room at The Carleton to some good tunes and stories. The show was in support of her newly released album “Chasing Rabbits,” which can be purchased here. Terra is from the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, and the whole (safely-spaced!) crowd was glad to hear some live music, as it is such a rare treat nowadays. The Bombadils opened the night, and also later joined Terra on stage for parts of her set, along with Jordi Comstock on drums, Adam Fine on double bass, and Sarah Kasprzak on French Horn for a few songs.

I’m Shayla, and I was born in Saskatoon but moved to Halifax in 2013 for University, and since decided to stay here for a while. I recently received a Bachelor of Design, after studying photography for a year or two as well. I love everything about music and how it has the ability to bring so many people together from across the country and even the world. My passion for music is one of the reasons I moved East to pursue a photography and design career, as I would love to do graphic design and photography within the Canadian music industry.
