Hello everybody I hope you are all feeling well and are ready for some brand new music! It’s Music Monday and we once again have two amazing artists facing off on the Weekly Beat Down. You at home better get your votes in for your favourite song and ensure they make it to the next round. If you check out the episode below you will also get four awesome recommendations on Zach’s picks of the week. But that’s enough from me so let’s dive right Into the music this week!!
The first artist that will be joining us is returning for her fourth round here on the Beat Down is Montreal singer-songstress Izabelle. She’s back again with her amazing track “Self-Talk Session”, off of her album Version 2.0 which is out now. She has, for lack of a better word, been destroying the voting section every week! You can check out “Self-Talk Session” right here in English and French, also the voting is now open below too.
The second artist that will be joining us this week is one that I’ve been following for quite some time now. Ontario family Rock trio Still Eighteen are back with their brand new video for the song “I’m Finding It Hard To Believe in Something”. This is their third single to be released here in 2020, I’m sure expecting more on the way from this very talented family. Keep your eyes out for more but please check out the video for “I’m Finding it Hard to Believe in Something” right here.
Those are going to be the amazing songs facing off this week for your votes. Do not let them down, be sure to help them out! From Monday to Saturday night is how long you have to vote. Just head on down here and click on your favourite.
However, this is going to be all of the music for you this week that I could cook up. Be sure to tune in next week when I’m back and I’ll bring you more!! Have yourself an amazing week and as always PEACE, LOVE & GOOD MUSIC to everyone reading!!
Hey there! I’m Zach I love long walks on the beach and movies that make you cry. Wait a minute this isn’t my E-Harmony account. Let’s try this again, hi I’m Zach from Dawson Creek, BC. Before you think it, no it’s not like the TV show! I have loved music ever since I was a kid back in Abbotsford, BC where I was born. Moved up north when I was about six and was practically raised up here. Hands down one of my favorite Canadian band has to be Simple Plan, with Dallas Smith coming in second. One of my Favorite Things I enjoy doing is just sitting around listening to music or taking pictures. I’d say I’m a pretty good photographer but you can be the judge of that. Just even ask a couple of my friends City light vigil, Scarlet serenity or Violet night. If you’re still reading this congratulations you’ve reached the end.
