Saint John based math rock band Nurture Nurture has released a brand new single today. “Lonely Habits” comes from guitarist and vocalist, Jeff Cook’s newfound sobriety and the loneliness surrounding that.
Along with this release, the band has started a Discord for listeners who may be going through similar situations. They wanted people to have a place to go in case the content surrounding this song put them in a position to quit and were looking for a support system in doing so.
