Hunter Brothers, the multi-award-winning country music group, have begun a new chapter with the release of their brand new single “Hard Dirt.” The impactful new song is has been released to radio and digital platforms today. Speaking to parts of the brothers’ roots, “Hard Dirt” serves as a message of hope and signifies our collective ability to grow through challenges and adversity.
“‘Hard Dirt’ is a song that speaks to the process of enduring struggle, but also knowing that hope exists on the other side of whatever circumstances you may be going through” said Ty Hunter. “Embracing challenge can be a painful process, but it can help us develop endurance, patience, and ultimately lead us to be a better version of ourselves. As brothers, our hope is that this song will uplift hearts, reawaken dreams, and encourage us all to keep growing as individuals, families, and communities.”
The song was produced by five-time Grammy Award nominee Hunter Hayes. This comes after the Hunter Brothers released their song “Just Wanted You To Know,” to digital platforms earlier in April. The heartfelt song is dedicated to frontline workers and all those around the world affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. You can check out the video for “Just Wanted You To Know” here.

Music has touched my soul since day one. Whether it is performing or sitting down with some of the biggest names in music, I can always be found sharing my profoundly tender affection of music with anyone who will listen. Being a music journalist has allowed me to expand my knowledge of music and interact with some of my biggest childhood heroes. From days of radio broadcasting to sitting back, kicking off my cowboy boots and sharing my adventures with likeminded music fans online has been nothing short of amazing. Canada is full of true musical talent and I look forward to continuing to share my adventures in music with you.
