The track was produced by AJ Healy (Shaun Frank) and written by Tyler Shaw and Lunny. It’s the perfect song for your spring and summer playlists, full of pop melodies and catchy lyrics. Check it out below, and find out more about Olivia via our interview.

You released a new single ‘Think Of Me’, a couple of weeks ago! How has your release experience been in the current lockdown?

It’s definitely been an unorthodox release but the song has been received very well by others! I think as cooped up as we all are at home, it means there’s even more time to listen to music so I hope people feel some light through this song 🙂

In 2018, you released a self-titled EP. What was it like releasing your first EP?

My first release was very exciting for me. Putting your music out into the world for the first time is a little nerve-racking but it felt so good to give the world a little taste of what my story is. I’m excited to continue sharing.

Last year you were in Season 2 of CTV’s The Launch. Tell us about that experience.

Being on the show was a very surreal experience for me.  I had the opportunity of a lifetime to work with music industry moguls and because of that. learned SO much in only 48 hours. I’m forever grateful to the Launch for my time on the show.

What was the best thing you learned that will help further your music?

Patience is so important. It’s so easy to get caught up in focusing on the final destination of your career. I’ve learned to really seize the moment, and see every day as a chance to become better (even if it’s just a tiny improvement from the day before).

Your single “I Got You” from your spot on The Launch has done very well, with a spot in the Top 40 iHeart Radio Countdown and over 900k streams on Spotify. How do you feel about that?

For me, my biggest wish and goal as an artist is to simply have my music heard by as many people as possible. These numbers are humbling and exciting to me. With every song I release, I hope it can expand my reach just that much more.

You’ve said that playing at the Winnipeg Pride Festival has been your favourite performance, why is that?

The energy at PRIDE festival was just amazing. The love and positivity is really in the air. Experiencing that really made performing that much better!

What would be your dream venue or festival to play?

I grew up going to concerts at the BELLMTS Centre in Winnipeg- Would be amazing to play that venue as it’s in my hometown (and also a stadium too).

You’ve been writing songs for quite a while. How did that start?

I started writing when I was around 12 years old. My dad had taught me a few chords on guitar and by strumming chords I began humming and writing little hooks. This eventually evolved into writing full songs as a grew older etc..! 🙂

Your favourite song at the moment, go!

Hard question! but “Cool” by Dua Lipa is one of my favourite songs to run to currently!

What else do you have in store for 2020?

Lots of new music! I can’t wait to keep sharing… Stay tuned!

Any last thoughts you’d like to share?

Although It’s crazy in the world, for those of us who are fortunate to be at home and not on the frontlines should really embrace this time as a blessing! Rest, exercise, take care of yourselves! xoxo
