Hey ooh! How’s your week been, mine has been sucky, with no internet!! That’s why there’s no new video this week. However, the next round of the Weekly Beat Down will still go on for you the fans. Two will face off, but only one can move on to the next round. Let’s check out the two songs we’ve got for you this week and you head to the bottom of the page to vote.
The first song we have featured this week is going to be our returning song from last week’s Beat Down. Toronto, Ontario singer-songwriter Jake Beck and his song “Back Then” are back to rock you. Don’t forget to cast your votes for his song down at the bottom of the page. Enjoy the full video for “Back Then” by our reigning champ Jake Beck.
The second artist that will be joining us on the Weekly Beat Down, could possibly be a familiar face or two. Coming back to the Weekly Beat Down with his brand new video for the song “ON!”, which is coming off of his latest record SCARS N’ YOUTH. London, Ontario alternative R&B artists Enjyng teams up with Mak6 to bring an amazing video and song to you. You can check out the full video for “ON!” down below. Be sure to get your votes in for your favourite this week on the Beat Down.
You folks now have the chance to vote for your favourite, which is kind of how the whole thing works. Remember the voting runs from Monday going till Saturday night, and the song counting with the most votes is going to win.
We will see you back here next week for some more amazing music to check out once again, on the #WeeklyBeatDown. Peace, Love and Good music everyone!!
Hey there! I’m Zach I love long walks on the beach and movies that make you cry. Wait a minute this isn’t my E-Harmony account. Let’s try this again, hi I’m Zach from Dawson Creek, BC. Before you think it, no it’s not like the TV show! I have loved music ever since I was a kid back in Abbotsford, BC where I was born. Moved up north when I was about six and was practically raised up here. Hands down one of my favorite Canadian band has to be Simple Plan, with Dallas Smith coming in second. One of my Favorite Things I enjoy doing is just sitting around listening to music or taking pictures. I’d say I’m a pretty good photographer but you can be the judge of that. Just even ask a couple of my friends City light vigil, Scarlet serenity or Violet night. If you’re still reading this congratulations you’ve reached the end.
