What’s up everybody of the internet, welcome to Quarantine. Don’t be scared, everything is going to be good because we’ve got some brand new music!! This week’s on the Weekly Beatdown we’ve got two awesome tracks that you the fans are going to vote for at the bottom of the page. We’ve also got four awesome musical recommendations coming up off Zach picks of the week. So let’s jump into this brand new episode just down below.

First up we’ve got our returning champions from last week’s beatdown, it’s “Mr. Twister” from the funky rockers Tomacco. This is coming off of the 7 piece Toronto band’s latest album Vagabond, available now on all major streaming services. Check out the video for “Mr. Twister” below and cast your votes at the bottom of the page.
The second artist that will be joining us this week on the Beat Down, a very talented young lady from Montreal, Quebec. Electronic pop artists Maryze has just released her first-ever all French video. The Song is called “Dis-Moi” is off her album Like Moons, which came out in 2019. Check out the full video down below and vote for your favourite at the bottom of the page.
Those are going to be the two songs you guys need to vote for and make sure that your favourite wins. Voting is going to end on Saturday night at midnight on the East Coast, and that’s going to be 9 p.m. on the West Coast.

Hey there! I’m Zach I love long walks on the beach and movies that make you cry. Wait a minute this isn’t my E-Harmony account. Let’s try this again, hi I’m Zach from Dawson Creek, BC. Before you think it, no it’s not like the TV show! I have loved music ever since I was a kid back in Abbotsford, BC where I was born. Moved up north when I was about six and was practically raised up here. Hands down one of my favorite Canadian band has to be Simple Plan, with Dallas Smith coming in second. One of my Favorite Things I enjoy doing is just sitting around listening to music or taking pictures. I’d say I’m a pretty good photographer but you can be the judge of that.
