Welcome to the first #WeeklyBeatdown in December!! We’re getting into the Christmas spirit and jumping into to once again another great Beat Down. We’ve got two amazing artist and tracks facing off in the ring for you the fans to decide on your favourite. I’ve also got some excellent recommendations from the website in this week’s choices on Zach’s picks of the week. So let’s check in on the Beat Down in this week’s episode below.
Now it’s time to get into the two artists we have on the Beat Down for you to choose from this week. We’ll start off with our reigning champs for the last three weeks in a row now. Toronto, Ontario-based rock band Pink Leather Jackets have returned with the song “Wasting Time”. Coming off there EP titled Good Love which will be released this Friday on the 6th of December. Be sure to check it out on all of your favourite streaming services and enjoy the full music video or “Wasting Time” right here.
The second artist that will be joining us this week has actually been featured on the Beat Down before. It’s been exactly 20 episodes since we last saw Vancouver, BC punk rockers The Fallaways. They are back with their brand new single and video for the song “Alive” which they taped the video while they were on their three-day tour with The Lazy’s in Alberta.
