Victora, BC’s alt-pop singer-songwriter Kaeli has unveiled a video for her newest single, “Round 2” from her upcoming 5-track EP, Secret, which is set for release on November 15, 2019.
Kaeli shares,
“I would say each track is its own entity but I like to explore a variety of things— from the dreamy aspirations of La La Land, to the need for honesty in “Secret”, to finding release and liberation in “Round 2”, to risking one’s heart in Haunt Me,” explains McArter. “Many of my songs explore the push-pull need that I have for deeper connection and personal freedom. I see the light and shadows that play in all of us, and facing that truth is important to me. My songs are usually cathartic, at least for me.”
