Klox releases debut single “Back Together” featuring Carissa Vales
French singer-songwriter, Vincent Dupont has debuted his newest single and latest musical project. With more than 200,000 streams on Spotify alone and over 100 shows performed across the province of Quebec as a solo artist, Dupont announces the release of new music under the artistic title of Klox. The first single from the project was digitally released on all major music platforms on September 20th, 2019.
Featuring the talents of Montreal artist Carissa Vales the new track “Back Together” is an astonishing blend of Future Pop, EDM, and Pop. Klox co-wrote the song with Vales and together the two makes a great musical pairing. With the production skill of Klox and the vocal strength of Vales “Back Together” is a representation of both talents and Klox’s musical state of mind and artistic approach.
“Back Together” is everything you want to hear in a brand new song. It is catchy, infectious, and polished. Vales shines with her vocals as always, and the lyrics are vulnerable and deep. One of my favorite lines in the song; I fall apart when I’m alone, Only you can bring me home. “Back Together” instantly became one of my newest playlist additions.
