Weekly Beat Down – September 23 to September 28
Good Morning ladies and germs?! How many of you had your science teacher tell that one at the start of your class?… No one, just me? Well anyway, welcome everybody once again to another great edition of the #WeeklyBeatDown. This is our recurring segment on the website where we like to feature two brand new songs, you the fans will then get to decide for your favourite at the bottom of the page. You’ll also get to see you what my “Zach’s picks of the week” are going to be from the website. Why don’t you go ahead and check out this week’s episode below?
Well, it’s time to check out the two songs we have for you this week. First up we have Canadian Hip-hop legend, Merkules with the first single coming off his upcoming album Special Occasions. The new video for the track “All Night Long” can be seen just below, so enjoy.
The second artist and track joining the Weekly Beatdown this week is the brand new video for the song “Playing with Fire” from Kelowna hard rockers The Wild! You can check out the band’s second single this year in the video below.

Hey there! I’m Zach I love long walks on the beach and movies that make you cry. Wait a minute this isn’t my E-Harmony account. Let’s try this again, hi I’m Zach from Dawson Creek, BC. Before you think it, no it’s not like the TV show! I have loved music ever since I was a kid back in Abbotsford, BC where I was born. Moved up north when I was about six and was practically raised up here. Hands down one of my favorite Canadian band has to be Simple Plan, with Dallas Smith coming in second. One of my Favorite Things I enjoy doing is just sitting around listening to music or taking pictures. I’d say I’m a pretty good photographer but you can be the judge of that. Just even ask a couple of my friends City light vigil, Scarlet serenity or Violet night. If you’re still reading this congratulations you’ve reached the end.
