Welcome back our amazing readers and thank you for joining us for another edition of the Weekly Beat Down. The recurring segment we like to feature new music and get you the fans to cast your vote to pick our winner. Our newest competitor joining the competition this week. Toronto, Ontario grunge rockers Neon Bloom have just released the video for they’re single off the forthcoming album this last Friday. The song is called “Lighten Up” and I hope you enjoy the full video right here.
Our returning artists from last week’s episode and quite the victory on his part. Sudbury, Ontario-based recording artist DadbOdd joins us again with his latest track “Chapter 8: Pessimist”. The fifth single to be released from his forthcoming album, scheduled for release March of 2020. I hope you enjoy the full video below this week.

Hey there! I’m Zach I love long walks on the beach and movies that make you cry. Wait a minute this isn’t my E-Harmony account. Let’s try this again, hi I’m Zach from Dawson Creek, BC. Before you think it, no it’s not like the TV show! I have loved music ever since I was a kid back in Abbotsford, BC where I was born. Moved up north when I was about six and was practically raised up here. Hands down one of my favorite Canadian band has to be Simple Plan, with Dallas Smith coming in second. One of my Favorite Things I enjoy doing is just sitting around listening to music or taking pictures. I’d say I’m a pretty good photographer but you can be the judge of that.
