Wolfe Island Music Festival has announced 2019 lineup

Wolfe Island Music Festival is thrilled to announce its line-up for 2019. The festival will take place on August 9th and 10th and will feature stellar performances from the likes of Born Ruffians, The Sadies, NQ Arbuckle, and more. A full list of performers can be found below, with tickets on sale this Wednesday, June 19, at Eventbrite.com, Brian’s Record Option and Fargo’s General Store on Wolfe Island.

This year, the festival will take on a new format, dubbed The Hall Party Edition. Previous years have seen the fest occupy multiple venues in different locations across Wolfe Island – 2019 will bring the party to one exclusive venue – St Margaret’s Hall in Marysville Village – for two can’t-miss days of live music.

“We are also honouring our dear friend Darryl Weeks this year,” says Virginia Clark, Artistic Director of the festival. “He was a key member of our festival and last year he really loved our showcase at St Margaret’s Hall with The Weather Station, so we are returning to that same venue in his honour.  It is going to be a hall party! Lots of fun and super intimate with a great mix of local artists with some Canadian legends.”

FULL LINE-UP: Born Ruffians, The Sadies, NQ Arbuckle, Jim Bryson, Ice Cream, Charlotte Cornfield, Emilie Steele, Joe McLeod, The Mill Rights, Piner
