BC-based artist, Nikita Afonso won MTV Cover of the Month back in February 2017, after that she went on to gain the title of Best New Artist of the Year (2017), and Best Music Video of the Year (2018) at the International Portuguese Music Awards.
On top of these great successes, she has opened for Canadian country artist, Paul Brandt and shared the stage with Keith Urban.
