Montreal’s electronic music festival ÎleSoniq will be back for its sixth edition on August 9th and 10th. After announcing that Alan Walker was the first artist on the lineup last week, the event revealed today that the mysteriously masked DJ duo from the German underground Claptone are also adding their name to the 2019 edition!
After two years on the temporary site of Île Saint-Hélène, ÎleSoniq (as well as the other Montreal major festivals Osheaga, Heavy Montreal, and ’77) will return in 2019 to its initial grounds of Parc Jean Drapeau, now that renovations are over. For its grand return on the grounds where it was born, ÎleSoniq promises to bring EDM fans world class artists, as well as stage, sound, light and special effects like never before!
The rest of the 2019 ÎleSoniq line-up will be released in the next few weeks.
