We caught up with Montreal’s Nuage Flou and are stoked to help them unveil their brand new LP, Conversations Avec Nuage Flou. Check it out below and find out more about the band in our Five Questions With segment.
Care to introduce yourself to our readers?
We are a trio from Montreal. We have been called furious rock with a whirlpool of noise and thunderous drums. Eva Stone is our guitarist and pedal wizard, Sylvain is our bassist and Anis, our drummer; both Eva and Sylvain are on vocals. We just launched a tape called “Conversations avec Nuage Flou” via Fishbum Records.
Tell us a bit about your music and writing style.
It’s a variety of things: cats, tragedies, Seven inches and luck.
Do you have any upcoming shows? For someone who has yet to see you live, how would you explain your live performance?
We are a fun live show with many unexpected twists and turns. We suggest earplugs when you see us live.
Our next show will be in March most likely, we are just writing new songs in the meantime.
If you were asked to suggest only one of your songs for someone to hear, which would it be?
La Vie Des Rois.

I have a passion for promoting these talented Canadian bands and artists, and that’s how Canadian Beats came to be.
