When: January 31, 2019
Where: Scotiabank Saddledome, Calgary AB

Fans of country music made their way to the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary on Thursday night for Paul Brandt‘s stop on The Journey Tour.

First up was one of Saskatchewan’s rising country groups, Hunter Brothers. These guys, who are actually all brothers did a great job hyping up the crowd with their 4-song set.

Next up, also from Saskatchewan was the insanely talented Jess Moskaluke. It’s no secret that Jess puts on one heck of a performance, and this was no different.

Third to hit the stage was Alberta-based brothers, Brad and Curtis Rempel otherwise known as High Valley. The band had the crowd singing along and managed to get everyone, even more, hyped up for the upcoming headliner, Paul Brandt.

Last, but certainly not least one of Canada’s most well-known country artists, Paul Brandt took the stage. Through his set of hits, new and old, he had multiple guest artists up on stage, such as Hunter Brothers during “Convoy”, High Valley during “When You Call My Name” and all three openers when they performed the Johnny Cash classic “I Walk The Line”.

This was a great night of Country music, that the crowd thoroughly seemed to enjoy, as did I. You can still catch this tour in multiple cities throughout February, check upcoming dates HERE.
