Walk Off The Earth has announced a memorial and tribute concert for their keyboardist, Mike “Beard Guy” Taylor, who sadly passed away last weekend. The celebration of Taylor’s life and legacy will take place next Sunday, January 13th at Civic Square in Burlington, ON, and will be free to the public. The event will feature performances by members of Walk Off The Earth, Barenaked Ladies, USS and more.
Portions of the event will be live-streamed on Walk Off The Earth’s Facebook page, and the band will continue to honour Taylor over their 2019 world tour. In addition, Taylor’s family has partnered with a charitable organization called MusiCounts, which helps children across Canada gain access to music. Donations can be made here.
