Ontario’s Stacey Kaniuk has teamed up with us at Canadian Beats to unveil her brand new video for “Baby Wants to Dance”. This funk-infused track will have you wishing for 70’s, and also singing along in no time.
The video itself was directed and produced by Silent Partner Pictures and funded in part by FACTOR, the Government of Canada and Canada’s private radio broadcasters.
Stacey shares how she got where she is,
“Because I started out in the singer-songwriter scene, I was writing to figure out who I was, that has changed since I’ve been gigging a lot, playing in different cover bands and performing in front of audiences that want to dance and have a good time. I wanted to try something fresh; I wanted this record to feel bigger than anything I’ve ever done before. I had to get out of my own head and just have fun with it.”
