Canadian based R&B and Urban Pop artist KVNE, also known as Kevin Endworthy to his closest friends and family, is ecstatic to release his newest and ‘sweetest’ single yet, “Cotton Candy”. Endworthy reunited with his longtime friend Joshua Stanford to produce this single after previously working together in their first band – which toured with the likes of Marianas Trench and other iconic acts such as Hedley, Alexisonfire and Avril Lavigne.
The Kitchener-based artist has garnered quite a fan base since the release of his debut single “Make Me Better”. It received a lot of online attention, surpassing over 100,000 streams on Spotify, and earned the attention of noteworthy radio stations like 93.5 The Move and 91.5 The Beat.
“Cotton Candy” focuses more on the lust side of relationships instead of love. It touches on that initial feeling you get when you first meet someone special. It’s a lighthearted and melodic song that infuses multiple genres of music to create a unique track. It’s a song that will make you want to dance no matter where you hear it.
KVNE’s new single “Cotton Candy” is available across all major music platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and more. In the meantime, take a look at the lyric video for KVNE’s “Make Me Better”.

My name is Taryn and I am a writer and music enthusiast from Mississauga, Ontario. I am a graduate of Journalism/Media studies from the University of Guelph-Humber, and while I’m currently pursuing other career options, writing is still one of my greatest passions. And combining that passion with my deep love of music was an obviously easy choice. I’ve been writing with Canadian Beats for awhile now and I’ve loved every moment. When I’m not working or writing for CB, you can usually find me in the kitchen baking, writing, at a concert or travelling to new (and old) places with my favourite people!
