All the way from the east coast of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Electronic/Dance artists Neon Dreams are back with a brand new single entitled “Guilty”.
Frontman Frank Kadillac shares,
“We were all pulsating at a good frequency that day so we wanted to make a song with an upbeat positive vibe.”
As much as it sounds like a celebration of good times, the new single packs some lyrical depth after Kadillac did some deep soul searching.
“‘Guilty’ is about me finding a new way of life,” he explains. “After the Hedley situation I found myself in a dark place and I didn’t really understand my true purpose. I was invited to a SOCAN writing camp in Nicaragua where I got to create music with some very talented and open-minded people. I discovered meditation and yoga which helped me connect with the universe in a much deeper way then I had before. I became more spiritual and eliminated negative influences that could lead me down a self-destructive path.”
Neon Dreams have been invited by Ria Mae to be her special guests on a cross-Canada tour starting November 7. For a full list of dates, visit: https://www.neondreams.ca/
Hey there! I’m Zach I love long walks on the beach and movies that make you cry. Wait a minute this isn’t my E-Harmony account. Let’s try this again, hi I’m Zach from Dawson Creek, BC. Before you think it, no it’s not like the TV show! I have loved music ever since I was a kid back in Abbotsford, BC where I was born. Moved up north when I was about six and was practically raised up here. Hands down one of my favorite Canadian band has to be Simple Plan, with Dallas Smith coming in second. One of my Favorite Things I enjoy doing is just sitting around listening to music or taking pictures. I’d say I’m a pretty good photographer but you can be the judge of that. Just even ask a couple of my friends City light vigil, Scarlet serenity or Violet night. If you’re still reading this congratulations you’ve reached the end.
