Who: Moist, In My Coma
Where: CNE Bandshell Park, Toronto
When: August 29, 2018
The Canadian National Exhibition is winding down in Toronto, and with it, the unofficial end to summer is upon us. This year the Bandshell concerts have entertained guests across many genres featuring some pretty incredible talent. And, as always, the concerts are free for anyone who purchases admission into the CNE grounds.
On Wednesday evening, in support by 94.9 The Rock, Canadian rock icons, Moist rocked the Bandshell with many of their hits from their extensive music catalogue. Moist established themselves as a driving force in the Canadian music scene in the 1990s when alternative rock music was paramount and they were one of the many amazing Canadian rock bands to emerge during that time. They brought along with them Southern Ontario band, In My Coma as direct support. In My Coma have been featured on Generation Next on 94.9 The Rock, which showcases local talent, and we suspect it won’t be long before they are receiving regular radio rotation!

I’m Nicole, a biology teacher by day, but my life revolves around music. I’m that girl that you will always find with the concert t-shirt on and ear buds in. It is rare that you find me without some type of music playing in the background. I connect all of my life experiences to music. It truly has its own language in my heart. There is nothing more exciting than taking in all that a concert has to offer. I love to support local Canadian acts and attend as many shows that I can.
