IN PHOTOS – Camp Wavelength 2018 – Day 1

Another year of Camp Wavelength has come and gone. For those who are unfamiliar, Wavelength Music was established 18 years ago and has been a hub for emerging artists ever since. Wavelength produces around 20 events per year, including Camp Wavelength in the summer, and Wavelength Music Festival in the winter. This year, Camp Wavelength took place August 18 & 19 at Fort York in Toronto, and it was one to remember:

The first act of day 1 was the young and incredibly talented duo of Moscow Apartment.

Next up was Toronto based band, Rapport.

Helena Deland hit the stage next with a dreamy set — definitely one of my favourites from the weekend.

Whitby rock band Chastity shook the stage with their set.

Nate Husser took the stage next with a meaningful set.

Next was rapper Sydanie.

Maylee Todd wowed the audience with her unique sound.

Zaki Ibrahim captivated the audience the moment she and her band got on stage. Zaki really turned up the energy as the sun went down.

Tops was next up with a fun set.

The final act of the night was the Montreal based Suuns. The band’s unique and powerful sound blew the audience away and made for a great end to day 1 of Camp Wavelength.
