Toronto, ON-based hip-hop vocalist, Kyle Archer and R&B singer, Superior come together as Room For 2. We are happy to unveil the lyric video for their single, “Sun Will Rise”, which is off of the duo’s debut album, The Hard Truth which was released on May 18, 2018, and written by Kyle Archer.
When asked about the lyric video, they respond,
“We chose faded blues, greens, and yellows to represent a calm reflection, yet content vibe that fits the story of the record. Bubbly letters fill the screen and as the chorus builds, the words gradually reach out more to the audience, progressing the story. The aesthetic evokes summer love vibes and two people identifying with each other significantly in the record.”

ROOM FOR 2’s sound comes from the heart and real-life experiences that we have encountered. From family to relationships to daily struggles, we try to cover it all! To us “ROOM FOR 2” means the artist and the listener. Our production and lyrics tell a story in each song, in which we try to build an atmosphere allowing you as the reader to feel everything!
Do you have any upcoming shows? For someone who has yet to see you live, how would you explain your live performance?
We are currently planning a small tour throughout Canada more details coming soon. You can follow either @thekylearcher or @rf2superior to stay up to date. In the past we have performed at Lee’s palace and other various venues around Toronto and the GTA. For our performances, we like to bring a lot of charisma and energy while still giving you the true identity of the song and its meaning.
If you were asked to suggest only one of your songs for someone to hear, which would it be?
We would suggest you listen to our single “Sun Will Rise” because it is a good example of us trying to give you the full feeling of the story and idea we are trying to portray through our music.
