Niverville Olde Tyme Country Fair has Manitoba country music artists on their stage along with one of Canada’s greats

Niverville Olde Tyme Country Fair is THE festival that kicks off summertime fun of fairs and festivals in Manitoba. They have just announced their country music night line-up and Saturday, June 9 is the BIG night.

Chad Brownlee is the headliner for this night with special guests, both Manitoba good guys, David James and Brady Kenneth.

Chad Brownlee hasn’t been in Manitoba for a while so there will be so many smiles when this artist hits the stage. This BC-based artist has so much to be proud of. He is an award-winning singer, songwriter, philanthropist and former NHL draft pick who garnered a 2018 JUNO Award nomination for Country Album of the Year, earned GOLD certification for his single “I Hate You For It,” celebrated his first Number 1 video at CMT and achieved his third consecutive Top 10 hit with his single, “Something’ We Shouldn’t Do.”

David James, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, has realized much success in this last year. This award-winning country artist (MDM Recordings Inc./Universal Music Canada) recently celebrated his highest charting single to date; the Top 15 hit “Sun Set On It.” In October 2017, James released his sophomore album Downtown Kids with the title track hitting the airwaves on April 27.

Brady Kenneth is a local artist who grew up on a farm near Niverville and still resides close by. This is not the first year for Kenneth to be on stage and that will make many fans very happy. He has two albums under his belt and has recently announced that he has finished writing all the new material for his upcoming EP “Under This Hat,” with plans to release it this summer.

This festival usually has about 4,000 attendees just for the concerts so get there early, have a bite to eat at one of the many vendors and take in the Midway.
