Australian born, Vancouver based singer Andrew Phelan is no stranger to Canadian Beats. We’ve followed him for years now, whether it was for his previous band, The River and The Road or his solo work. Today, we are happy to premiere his brand new live video for “Sharks”.
When asked about the video, he comments,
“The Cobalt is such an iconic Vancouver venue and will be closing down this year for renovations for the first time. I don’t think it will come back as the same place that so many bands have seen as one of Vancouver’s iconic live music venues, so it was a real pleasure scratch out a mark on the wall there before they paint it up.”
Andrew will be releasing his new album, Everything Rattles When I Breathe this summer, so keep an eye out for that. Until then, check out the video for “Sharks” below.

Canadian Beats has grown to become more than media, and what a journey it’s been.
