Toronto’s Cat Clyde has released a video for a cover of “Girl from the North Country” that she recorded with fellow Toronto artist, Jeremie Albino. Originally performed by Bob Dylan, this is a cover you don’t want to miss. Cat is always keeping busy, currently on tour with Shakey Graves in Europe, then followed by a North American run with LA Salami, which will result in a stop in Toronto at the Drake Hotel on April 1.
Cat and Jeremie met when Jeremie opened for her at her previous Toronto show at the Drake Hotel in November 2017. The two became friends following the show and decided to shoot this video, and the result is phenomenal.
