Care to introduce yourself to our readers?
I go by Toronto’s one and only Infinite.
Tell us a bit about your music and writing style.
The type of music I do is based on life experiences that I’ve gone through or people close to me have gone through. I would describe my writing style to Bob Marley’s. The written material could last longer than a trended song that might go out of style in 6 months. This is why I chose this type of style.
Do you have any upcoming shows? For someone who has yet to see you live, how would you explain your live performance?
I have an upcoming show in November. My live performance consists of new and old classic material that most love to come out and experience live!! In the meantime, I will be getting the next single ready.
If you were asked to suggest only one of your songs for someone to hear, which would it be?
If I were to suggest one of my songs, it would be Gotta Get Mine because that’s what set the foundation for my career.
Canadian Beats is all about Canadian music, so who are your current favourite Canadian bands/ artists?
I don’t really have a favourite at the moment, but I do like the rate that Canadian music is growing.
I’m Jenna, and I am the founder and editor of Canadian Beats. I have had a strong love for Canadian music, which started many years ago. I have a passion for promoting these talented Canadian bands and artists, and that’s how Canadian Beats came to be. I am so proud of what it has become over the last few years, with many talented music lovers and writers coming together to spread the word of Canada’s music.
