Who: Hollerado, Rain Over St. Ambrose & Hello Delaware
When: September 14, 2017
Where: The Seahorse Tavern, Halifax NS
Halifax’s North-end club The Seahorse Tavern was the place to be on Thursday night. The place was packed full of people there to see great live music from headliner Hollerado, as well as supporting acts Hello Delaware and Rain Over St. Ambrose. Local Nova Scotian band Hello Delaware kicked off the show and gained fans’ attention and love to come down to the floor level by the stage, and had the crowd dancing by the first song. Next, was another local favourite Rain Over St. Ambrose—this 6-piece band filled the small stage and room with energy. Headliners Hollerado hit the stage shortly before midnight and impressed the audience with their flashing stage lights, and energetic and talented performance. This indie rock band from Ottawa is definitely welcome to come back to Halifax soon!

I’m Shayla, and I was born in Saskatoon but moved to Halifax in 2013 for University, and since decided to stay here for a while. I recently received a Bachelor of Design, after studying photography for a year or two as well. I love everything about music and how it has the ability to bring so many people together from across the country and even the world. My passion for music is one of the reasons I moved East to pursue a photography and design career, as I would love to do graphic design and photography within the Canadian music industry.
