On Sunday Sept 3, 2017, Canadian country music artist, Jojo Mason, headlined the 165th Port Perry Fair. He opened the show with his hit song, “Red Dress” and kept the crowd on their feet, dancing to “Good Kinda Love”, “It’s All Good”, his current radio hit “Something To Put My Heart Around” and more. Mason put on a spectacular performance!
In June, Mason released his debut album, Both Sides of the Bar, which includes all his singles released to date. He will be heading off to Saskatoon this week, where he is nominated for Sirius XM Rising Star of the Year at the Canadian Country Music Awards, airing on CBC Sunday, Sept 10th.
Opening for Mason was Jesse Slack, from Peterborough, ON. He was a good fit for this country music loving crowd. He performed several covers and original tunes and got everyone well warmed up.
