Small-town brother and sister duo, The Reklaws recently released the video for their debut single, “Hometown Kids” via Universal Music Canada. The single was written by the siblings along with Travis Wood and Gavin Slate. The video was directed by award winning director Ben Knechtel (Carly Rae Jepsen, Nikki Yanofsky, James Barker Band) and features siblings, Jenna and Stuart Walker exploring the nostalgic staples of their hometown of Cambridge, ON.
The two obviously had a fun time with the video, even bringing in 40 of their closest friends for the “house party” segment of the video. These guys certainly look like a fun crowd, and they have created the perfect summer anthem, so if you haven’t yet, you should add this single to your playlist.
