The word of the day – MOIST!
Down-pouring rain did not deter attendance at this year’s festival. As the Bandstand performances were moved indoors, everyone rallied to all the indoor venue’s during the day, where they were met with a very warm, very humid reception. This did not, for one second, dampen the moods of any of the spectators (see what I did there!). As we stood in lines waiting to get into the Anglican Church all, strangers were talking and chatting and commenting on the amazing line up of artists, some whom they never heard of before, that simply blew them away.
There is a lot of talent in this little town this week-end. The Folk Harbour Society has pulled in a solid lineup. 3 down, one more day to go!
