Day 8 of the Calgary Stampede brought the Chris Buck Band to the city playing Nashville North. The Chris Buck Band, based in Vancouver are responsible for the hits “Leave Your Light on” and most recently “That’s When You Know” featuring fellow country superstar Kira Isabella.
Nashville North was packed and The Chris Buck Band played all their hits and covered every song that you wouldn’t expect them to cover, including a Blink 182 song. The crowd loved every second, so much so Chris Buck told Canadian Beats that they had hit the highest noise decibel so far this year in Nashville North. We had a hell of a time at the show, and want to thank The Chris Buck Band for their kindness and the opportunity to chat after the show. Until next time Nashville North. Yahoo!

I’m Heather Young. I am 29 years old and from Calgary. I’m the mother of a 6 year old boy and I work with children as a developmental assistant. I have always had a passion for writing and music so working for Canadian Beats is right up my alley. I love every genre of music as long as it catches my attention, it’s on my playlist, from rap to country. When I’m not working or writing I love to spend time outside with my son playing games or going for walks.
