Canadian Music Week, Canada’s biggest new music and discovery festival, has announced even more artists for their festival to an already impressive line-up including Earl Sweatshirt, Wolf Parade, Good Charlotte, Danko Jones, The Beaches, Frigs and many many more. CMW 2017 takes place April 18 – 23 at over 30 venues across downtown Toronto.
“CMW is a unique event, as Toronto’s longest running multi-venue discovery festival, it’s always been about looking through the lineup and finding your new favourite artist, or finally seeing them play live for the first time. The festival speaks to music fans who enjoy an eclectic mix of genres over a compressed few days of venue hopping, excited to experience some incredible live entertainment.” – Dave Henry, Artist Relations Manager
Festival passes are available at cmw.net/music and Ticketmaster.
New additions to line-up:
A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie
Sam Coffey & The Iron Lungs

I’m Nicole, a biology teacher by day, but my life revolves around music. I’m that girl that you will always find with the concert t-shirt on and ear buds in. It is rare that you find me without some type of music playing in the background. I connect all of my life experiences to music. It truly has its own language in my heart. There is nothing more exciting than taking in all that a concert has to offer. I love to support local Canadian acts and attend as many shows that I can.
