Who: Kansas Stone
Venue: Mavricks Music Hall
Where: Barrie, ON
Canadian Beats contributor, Nicole Wolfe, had the opportunity to catch a special Country NYE 2017 Concert with Kansas Stone at Barrie’s newest stomping grounds, Mavricks Music Hall. Kansas Stone was there to entertain party goers with an exclusive concert right before midnight. Then, with their own countrified version of “Auld Lang Syne” they helped to usher in the new year while indoor fireworks… yes, indoor… boomed overhead. We’re certain this is one New Year’s Eve celebration that will be talked about for years to come!

I’m Nicole, a biology teacher by day, but my life revolves around music. I’m that girl that you will always find with the concert t-shirt on and ear buds in. It is rare that you find me without some type of music playing in the background. I connect all of my life experiences to music. It truly has its own language in my heart. There is nothing more exciting than taking in all that a concert has to offer. I love to support local Canadian acts and attend as many shows that I can.
