When: May 27, 2016
Venue: Roxy Theatre
Where: Barrie, Ontario
Hamilton rockers, Monster Truck, made the final stop on the Canadian leg of their tour in Barrie, ON along with support from local band, Steel Train Rollers. They certainly lived up to their reputation of being one LOUD, bad a** rock band. Despite some technical issues with sound, Monster Truck delivered an amazing show for their devoted fans, even in the sweltering humid air that hung thick in the Roxy Theatre that evening. The sold out crowd was treated to hit after monster hit, including songs like “Don’t Tell Me How to Live” from their most recent album, Sittin’ Heavy, and crowd favourites like “Sweet Mountain River” and “For the People”.

I’m Nicole, a biology teacher by day, but my life revolves around music. I’m that girl that you will always find with the concert t-shirt on and ear buds in. It is rare that you find me without some type of music playing in the background. I connect all of my life experiences to music. It truly has its own language in my heart. There is nothing more exciting than taking in all that a concert has to offer. I love to support local Canadian acts and attend as many shows that I can.
