Review – League of Wolves

EP: Like It Should Be
Release Date: April 8, 2016
Genre: Rock

Saskatoon, SK based alternative rock band, League of Wolves has just released a brand new EP, Like It Should Be.  The EP may be short with only four tracks, but that’s more than enough to let the listener know who they are and why they should be listening!

The EP starts strong with “Hightail” which is an amped up rock track, with touches of other genres mixed in that will leave you wanting more, and you’ll also be singing along in no time. There is no doubt in my mind that this song is destined to be a hit!

“You’re Killin’ Me” carries along with the same high energy vibe that I enjoyed so much on “Hightail”. Choosing a favourite on this EP is impossible, as each song leaves you in awe, and wanting so much more. The vocals on this track had me completely hooked immediately.

The final two tracks, “Mountains Away” and “Cuts” follow in much the same way, keeping the listener intrigued throughout. If these four songs don’t convince you that you should pay attention to League of Wolves, nothing will!

Keep an eye out for more from these guys in the future, because they are not going anywhere but up!
