Halifax, NS based band, Quiet Parade took part in the Historic Properties’ Halifax Lights Holiday Market in downtown Halifax on December 12, 2015. The band performed their rendition of “O Come O Come Emmanuel”, and I think you’ll agree that they did an amazing job!
