Elephant 12 are an alternative band originally hailing from London, England but currently resides in Toronto, Ontario. They were founded in 2009 and now have over 5,000 likes on their Facebook page. The band is two guys, Jerome Cooke and Robbie Pinna.

When I first started listening to the EP I thought it was different but in a good way. I thought every track was catchy and something that everyone can enjoy depending on the genre that you like. I thought it was interesting how they brought punk and rap together creating something for everybody.

It was hard for me to find a favourite track on the EP because they were all amazing but I think it is a tie between “Green Light Go” and “Shut Up!”. After hearing “Green Light Go” it makes sense why they chose this song as the first single off of the EP.

Elephant 12 sounds like Vancouver band “Fake Shark, Real Zombie”, so if you are into that kind of alternative rock music this is the EP that you should check out.
