Toronto, ON based rock band, Curses is made up of Martin Broda, Michael Farina, Daniel Ennis and Michael Ferreira.  The band released their debut EP, “The Bridge” on October 9th, and has celebrated with an EP Release Show at Adelaide Hall in Toronto. Keep an eye out on Canadian Beats for a photo review of the night!

“The Bridge” features 5 tracks, including the single “Until My Heart Stops”, which is the fourth song, and will have you up out of your seat, and dancing around the room.

Each song on the EP kept me interested, although I did have two that appealed to me more than the others. “Headlights” is very upbeat, and high energy. It’s the type of song that would be amazing performed live, that would have the crowd pumped up in no time.

The other that I can’t get enough of is the final track, “Goosebumps”, and that’s just what I got while listening to this song, the vocals and the music mix together perfectly to create an intense song that burrowed into my head and made itself at home.

I recommend that everyone head over to iTunes and grab a copy, you won’t regret it.
