Calling all Zombie Babies! If you did not know, on Monday Vancouver band Fake Shark Real Zombie released their video for their song “Perfume”. I would attempt to explain the video in a few sentences, but I don’t think I honestly could explain this video. Although, it does prove that Kevvy does indeed look better in a dress than your girl does. And the posters of Down With Webster, Anami Vice, and Matt Webb in the background of the pink half of the bedroom add a nice touch to the video.
Make sure you check out their latest video and pick up the song on iTunes here https://itunes.apple.com/ca/album/perfume/id599166015?i=599166055. Also make sure you check out the band’s websites to make sure you don’t miss any information you may need:

We also had an interview with front man Kevvy Mental a few months ago. If you haven’t seen that yet, or wish to see it again, feel free to check it out here: http://canadianbeats.wordpress.com/2013/05/29/interview-with-kevvy-mental-from-fake-shark-real-zombie/
I’m a Toronto girl born and raised but have been living in Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick since 2010. Music and writing are my two passions, so what better place for me to be than a writer with Canadian Beats? I have been writing for the blog since May of 2013 and have had so many great experiences because of it. I listen to almost every kind of music but my favourites are pop rock, rock, indie, folk, and any other combinations of them. Concerts are definitely my favourite place to be, especially when you’re right against the barricade and can feel the energy from the band and the crowd, everyone singing the same lyrics and moving to the music. I also have a college degree in Business Administration and hope to one day be able to publish a novel.
