Tiffany Falls is a newly formed pop rock band from St Catherines, Ontario.
They have created a lyric video for their debut single, Mirror Mirror.
The song mirror mirror was written by guitarist, Nick Baskerville. This is how he explains the writing process/ meaning:
“A couple years ago, i was at work in the break room waiting to start when a girl who i was friends with came into the room and started talking to me. She was telling me about how she can’t seem to find the right guy. She would find a guy she liked but once they started to fool around he would take off or not call her back the next day. The girl was the really popular, cheerleader type and seemed to get caught up in the stereotype a bit too much. Its kind of hard to break out of those situations especially when you’ve been around those kinds of people all of your life. People would see a pretty face and a friendly girl and just automatically make assumptions but really there was a lot more to her than that. I might be blowing it out of proportion a bit but that situation inspired me to write a song and it turned out to be mirror mirror.”
Lead Vocalist, Share Bowley, posted this blurb on facebook and I wanted to share it with all of you, about how music has been important in his life:
“Music is and has been the driving force in my life. It is the one thing that keeps me going and keeps me
passionate. It has been the guiding light through all the shadowy times of uncertainty in my life including
now. Without it I don’t know what I would do. It is the one thing that I want to do with my life.
I happened to be lucky enough to join a group of three other like minded and equally if not more
passionate individuals that are the heart and soul of this band.”
I personally can’t wait for more from this up and coming Canadian band!
