Performers announced for two free fan events during PotashCorp Country Music Week: SiriusXM FanFest and TD Countdown Concert

SiriusXM FanFest

SiriusXM will host FanFest on Saturday, September 9, 2017, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. at Prairieland Park (indoors), 503 Ruth Street West in Saskatoon. This fun-filled day features a line-up that includes 14 of Canada’s biggest country music artists – all of whom are 2017 CCMA Award nominees, three of which are Apple Music Fans’ Choice Award nominees – and gives country music fans the opportunity to meet, greet and have their photo taken with their favourite artist at the SiriusXM FanFest photo wall. Performers are:

TD Countdown Concert

The CCMA and the Saskatoon Host Committee have arranged a CCMA Awards Pre-Show Concert to bring the whole of PotashCorp Country Music Week to a great end on Sunday, September 10, from 1 until 2:30 p.m. at the SaskTel Centre (outside), 3515 Thatcher Avenue in Saskatoon. Get there early because after this concert, you can be there to see Canadian country music stars and their guests, plus celebrities walk down the John Deere Green Carpet. The TD Countdown Concert will get fans rocking with a line-up that includes:

Hi all. I’m Nanci Dagg. I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba, and have lived my entire life here. There is nothing I like better than supporting local artists followed by supporting Canadian artists. Although I was a classic rock gal, my go to genre is country. Something about this music that just makes me feel great. I can be found at most country music concerts and shows (from someone’s house to really large venues) taking lots of pictures. Music and photography are two of my passions.
