Dallas Smith releases new video starring his 3 year old daughter Vayda

Just in time for Father’s day chart topping country singer Dallas Smith, shares a beautiful personal home movie for the premiere of “Sky Stays This Blue”. The video shows his real personal relationship with his three year old daughter Vayda, capturing his love and admiration for her. Smith teamed up with award winning director and Vayda’s Godfather Stephano Barberis to film the video in his home and to bring lyrics “I hope you never stop laughing and your sky stays this blur forever” to life.

This release will hit home for a lot of people, songs like these have such a profound and individual influence on so many of us. As a parent, it was very meaningful to me as we all need to be aware that every moment is so very special and precious.

This video means everything to me,” shares Smith. “Vayda is going to have this memory for the rest of her life as a reminder of how much she’s loved and I will cherish the moments we captured forever.”

I have always enjoyed listening to Dallas Smith but this video and song will put him on a new level. I would recommend this video to anyone country or non country listeners. You will be able to catch Smith on his own Cross Canada Tour, details to be released shortly.

My name is Marianne and a music lover from Nova Scotia. I am a full time working mom of 2 beautiful girls who are full of life and love. I have an absolute passion for music and writing, I jumped at the opportunity to freelance for Canadian Beats. I love local music, I grew up in a family full of Gaelic singers in Cape Breton but I also have a passion for country and just about anything else that catches my ear. Writing gives me something of my own that is completely out of my day to day activity, it somewhat allows me to escape my everyday.
When I am not working, writing and hanging out with my husband and girls, I am running, reading or riding my horse.
