Photo Review – VIKINGS

Who: VIKINGS, Zoo Owl
When: May 5, 2017
Where: The Drake Underground, Toronto ON

Hailing from Winnipeg, VIKINGS sure know how to rock a crowd! With their electric pop sound it was a great show to watch on a rainy Saturday. With the front man engaging with the audience, to some sweet drum pad controller solo from the backup, the crowd was really getting into it by the end of their set, and wanted more!  With Zoo Owl as an opener with his electronic tribal vibes for the night, it truly goes to show the talent within the Canadian music community.

Hello! Is it me you’re looking for?…well, great! I’m Gabby! A Toronto based photographer and a lover of all things music! I listen to a vast amount of different genres of music ranging from metal to R&B. When I’m not hustling around in different crowds I work full time for a wedding photography studio in the west end, and in my down time I like to nerd out with video games, a good documentary on Netflix, or stepping into my favourite record shop. My passion for music and photography are unlike any other! I’m always look forward to the next opportunity to shoot a lifelong favourite band or checking out a new artist, whichever it may be, I’ll see you in the pit!
